Welcome to the website of the Bridgehampton Union Free School District, in the hamlet of Bridgehampton within the Town of Southampton.   We are a small public school on the east end of Long Island that boasts a family-like environment, a private-school feel, and a student-to-staff ratio of approximately four to one. 
Bridgehampton is nestled between Southampton and East Hampton, with all of the charm and history of the east end.  Bridgehampton UFSD offers an engaging, rigorous curriculum, which exceeds state standards, encourages critical thinking, sustainability, and the development of life-long learning skills.
With its small student-to-staff ratio, students receive individualized attention that is catered to their strengths. In addition, students are assured ongoing support throughout their transition to adulthood through programs  that assure they are ready for college, the service, or the world of work.

Parents and Friends of Bridgehampton;
We celebrated the 100th graduation at Bridgehampton School in June, in true Bridgehampton Style. Thanks to all who contributed and to all who attended the various events.
We will open the doors to the 2011-2012  school year to work together to shape the ‘next hundred years’ of pride and accomplishment here at Bridgehampton. I look forward to seeing you all as we begin the school year. Feel free to stop in to see me, or email me with any questions you may have as we move forward together.  We met and exceeded our goals for the last school year, and I know that we will continue to accomplish all that we set out to do for the 2011-2012 school year.
