Seniors Greet Younger Students in Pre-Graduation Tradition

Dressed in their graduation gowns and filled with anticipation for the milestone ahead, members of the Bridgehampton School Class of 2026 took a memorable walk through the halls that have shaped their educational journey.
The seniors began their procession through the second-floor hallways, where they were greeted by middle and high school students and teachers who cheered them on in celebration of their accomplishments. The walk continued downstairs to the primary grades, where eager elementary students lined the front entrance, offering high fives and smiles for the soon-to-be graduates.
For the younger students, the visit served as a powerful reminder of the path that lies ahead. Seeing the seniors in their gowns brought the future into focus, inspiring them to imagine their own educational journeys and the milestones they will one day achieve. For the seniors, the walk was both a reflection and a celebration. As they passed classrooms where they once learned to read, solve math problems and discover new interests, they were reminded of the experiences, friendships, and lessons that helped shape who they are today.
The annual tradition highlights the strong sense of community that defines Bridgehampton School, connecting students of all ages and reminding everyone that every graduate's journey begins in the very same halls.
